We source our clothing from Wholesalers, Auctions, Donations, Consignment and Other sources available. Due to the nature of sourcing we DO NOT GUARANTEE that there will not be any imperfections. Preloved clothing is NON RETURNABLE so please make to ask any questions you may have prior to checking out. New clothing could have slight imperfections and we do our best to check every garment for any imperfections before listing. We do have a brick and mortar store located at 2250 S 6th St feel free to come in an browse, try on and find your new outfits. We do our best to make sure we go above and beyond to keep our customers happy with great products and service. We are not responsible for any injury or damages of any kind.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

PRELOVED clothing is not available for return unless approval has been issued by owner. Due to the sources we use for purchasing our inventory we can not guarantee no imperfections. We do our best to inspect each garment/item and not any imperfections. If you have questions please ask them before checking out. New clothing due to the sourcing must be approved for refunds. All refunds are processed as STORE CREDIT unless owner and customer have agreed to different arrangements. Return shipping is at the buyers expense unless different arrangements have been agreed on by owner and customer. Buyer has 5 days from receipt to email with any issues and open a return claim. REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED AS STORE CREDIT UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Please allow 7-10 business days for any returns or refunds to be processed.
