We source our clothing from Wholesalers, Auctions, Donations, Consignment and Other sources available. Due to the nature of sourcing we DO NOT GUARANTEE that there will not be any imperfections. Preloved clothing is NON RETURNABLE so please make to ask any questions you may have prior to checking out. New clothing could have slight imperfections and we do our best to check every garment for any imperfections before listing. We do have a brick and mortar store located at 2250 S 6th St feel free to come in an browse, try on and find your new outfits. We do our best to make sure we go above and beyond to keep our customers happy with great products and service. We are not responsible for any injury or damages of any kind.

SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

We use Pirate Ship as our Shipping application source. All pricing goes through them so we can get your the best shipping rate possible. If there are any shipping issues please email: willowoasisesthetics@gmail.com for customer service. In the subject line add shipping issue for a faster response.

MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE LOCAL PICK UP IF LOCAL. If you do not you will get charged shipping fees.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE SHIPPING POLICY

We get all orders ready for shipping on each Monday of the week and Ship items out on each Tuesday of the week. Exceptions to this policy would be during holidays. Please allow 7-10 business days to get your item. If that time has passed please send us and it is not during the holidays you can email us at: willowoasisesthetics@gmail.com Please include shipping issue in the subject for a faster response.
