Order Processing
All physical product orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, preparation times may vary slightly.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are typically available immediately after purchase unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated shipping delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier availability

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Digital Products
All digital wellness guides, downloadable files, and digital educational products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the immediate nature of digital access.
Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue with your product, you must notify Willow Oasis Esthetics & Skin Care LLC immediately upon receipt to be considered for a refund, replacement, or resolution.
Please contact us promptly with:

• description of the issue

• clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Failure to notify us promptly may affect refund eligibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.
Willow Oasis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or delivery service disruptions, but we will gladly assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Willow Oasis is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
Local Pickup 
Local pickup may be available for customers in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Pickup details will be provided when applicable.
